This is the perfect routine to get you going in the morning! All you need is a yoga mat, breathable athletic wear and some runners. I do this routine in my bedroom – not a lot of room required. By the time I get to the push-ups, I’m definitely feeling the burn.
Want more of a challenge? Do two sets of this routine with a one minute break in between.
Another healthy/active tip: if you love watching Youtube videos for hours like I do, try committing to doing an activity like squats for the whole duration while you watch. Or try doing jumping jacks during commercial breaks when watching TV. Do something similar to this periodically so that you aren't just sitting still for multiple hours.
